About Us

Cesaria Miller

Owner /  Program Director / Coach & Teacher

I have worked in the education and youth activities field for 25+ years. After college I got a job as an Art teacher at Evergreen Academy in Washington State.  After a few years of teaching I took a time off to try other jobs and travel.  Once my husband and I started a family  I opened a private in Home Preschool/Daycare and I have been teaching and working with kids ever since.

14 years ago, as a mother of two young children I had always envisioned them playing sports. I wanted them to be a part of something fun and without pressure to “win”. I also wanted to be a part of it. So Lil’ All Stars was born; a non-competitive, athletic program for toddlers and children ages walking to 5 years old. Our main goal was bringing families and sports together.

Over the past 14 years Lil' All Stars has grown into so much more than I had ever planned! Lil' All Stars now offers after school programs in some local Mountain area schools, SEAS programs, small outdoor camps and so much more. Lil’ All Stars offers more than just fun activities for both kids and families to partake in. It offers children a foundation and balanced environment to learn important skills for life, friendships and sports. We also work on  coordination, rules, the importance of exercise, friendship, support and working together to achieve a goal. Most importantly, we focus on building confidence and self-esteem in a safe, fun and family orientated environment.

Coach & Teacher

I have many years of experience working with elementary school aged kids.  I have worked at Parmalee Elementary School for the last 8 years as a para professional in the math and technology departments.  I have degrees in both Engineering Geology and Geology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  After graduation I moved to Colorado and worked as a Professional Engineer.  Once my husband and I started our family I focused on raising my two children.  I have coached soccer teams, lead Girl Scout Troops and served on swim team boards. Sports and after school activities have been a huge part of our families life.

When not at school or camp I can be found enjoying time with my family, climbing, skiing or flying.
