AGE GROUPS

Lil' Dippers (children walking age to 2 years):

This is the youngest age group and is a parent child class.  Parents are a key to making this a good experience, where the child with learn to enjoy playing sports and being physically active with other children.

  • This group focuses on listening to simple directions from a coach
  •  During our classes we work on age appropriate motor skills and coordination
  • Additional social skills like playing with others and sharing
  •  Offers a strong focus on building attention span, being active and most importantly having fun.
**This is a parent / child team

Star Lights (3  years):

With Star Lights the children are more willing to play without Mom and Dad right by their side and are interested in making friends. This group is still very basic and our goal is simular to Lil' Dippers but we start to add more complex directions and continue to make it fun for the children to be physically active.
  • This group focuses on learning the basics and foundation of each sport
  • During our exercises we work on age appropriate motor skills and coordination
  • Additional social skills like playing, listening, and sharing with others.
  • We continue to grow with our students and focus on setting and achieving small goals, working as a team.
** Parents are welcome to help the coach with their child’s team.

Shooting Stars (4-5years):

This is our oldest group
  • This group continues sports education, rules and foundation of each sport
  • During our exercises we work on age appropriate motor skills and coordination
  • Additional social skills like playing, listening, and sharing with others
  • Setting personal and Team goals
  • Starting to compete in a safe environment
